Degree: at least 1st Kup Red Belt.

WEIGHT CLASSES:
Male: under 37 kg / 40 / 43 / 46 / 49 / 53 / 57 / 61 / 65 / over 65 kg
Female: under 35 kg / 38 / 41 / 44 / 47 / 50 / 53 / 57 / 61 / over 61 kg

SYSTEM:
Single elimination tournament.
Rounds: 3 rounds of 2 minutes with 1 minute break.

EQUIPMENT:
ETU Cadet Competition Rules - The Cadets competitors will add the following compulsory protections: mouth guard, shin and instep guard. Trunk protector and head protectors will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

CONDITION:

Round trip airfare and accommodation charges of room and board shall be borne by the participating National Association

REFEREES:
30 Referees selected and invited by the ETU. The Organizing Committee will bear the hotel expenses for each Referee from 7h till 12th September and will pay 50 € for each competition day (total 150 €). The round trip airfare will be covered by each Referee.

AWARDS:

Individual:
1st place Gold medal and diploma
2nd place Silver medal and diploma
3rd place Bronze medal and diploma

Teams:
Trophies for the first 6 National Teams

Certificate for all participants

OTHER:
Each National delegation must bring two flags and one audio cassette or CD with the National Anthem.
DOPING:
IOC-WADA-WTF regulations.
